Costume Contest

This year’s race falls on the weekend before Halloween! Try out your costume in the light of day on the race course. Startle and entertain those HB residents and visitors who are expecting a quiet day at the beach! Prizes will be awarded to the top three costumed characters. Project Self Sufficiency Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports low income, single parents working toward an educational goal to become economically independent.
