PACKET PICK-UP
All participants are required to pick up their race packets at the Race Expo which is free and open to the public. Participants will pick up their race bib, event shirt, race tote bag, and other goodies.
5K, 10K, & 10 Miler Packet Pick-up & Race Expo

Beach Mile participants can pick-up their bibs on Sunday, September 20th from 7:30am – 8:45am (race start at 9:00am).
RACE EXPO
While picking up your race packet, all participants can visit the Race Expo at Huntington Beach Pier Plaza. Shop the event merchandise store, visit with local vendors, check out the latest in the active lifestyle space, visit our Beer Garden, and take advantage of our plentiful photo opportunities. Participants will also have the ability to visit the Race Expo after completing their race!

FAQ's
In order to expedite the pick-up of your race bib, please bring your ID and QR code confirmation email. QR code emails will be sent the Wednesday of race week.
If you are unable to attend the Race Expo, you may send a proxy to pick up your race packet on your behalf. You must have signed the event’s digital liability waivers when registering for the event. To verify if you’ve signed your waivers, please visit your ACTIVE MyEvents account and locate your Surf City 10 entry. If you have not signed your waiver yet, you will see a large red error message that your waivers have not yet been signed.
Please send your proxy with a copy of your driver’s license (digital picture is OK) and your QR code confirmation email to expedite the pick-up process. QR code emails will be sent Wednesday of race week. Proxies may only pick-up packets for up to 3 people.
Save time—opt to have everything delivered! Upgrade to Mail My Packet and have your bib and tee shipped to you! This can be added at the time of registration.
