PARKING INFORMATION
The following parking lots are recommended by the City of Huntington Beach to park in for the Surf City 10 event for the Race Expo and race day. All parking rates are subject to change. Parking rates are set by individual lot operators, not the race organizers:
Main Promenade Parking Structure (200 Main Street, Huntington Beach)
• First 90 minutes free
• After 90 minutes, $1 each 20 minutes
• $15 max daily
Pacific City Parking (access via Pacific View Ave between 1st Street & Huntington Ave)
• $2 per 15 minutes
• $40 max daily
Plaza Almeria Parking Structure (301 Main Street, Huntington Beach) – opens 6:00am (recommended for 10K and 5K participants)
• $1 per 20 minutes
• $15 max daily
5th & PCH Parking (146 Sixth Street, Huntington Beach)
• First 2 hours, $2
• After 2 hours, $2 per 20 minutes
• $18 max daily
Beach Parking Lot (off of Pacific Coast Highway, enter at Beach Blvd only) – opens 6:30am (recommended for 5K participants)
• $15 daily
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
FROM THE NORTH – DRIVING SOUTH on 405
Exit at Beach Blvd and travel south toward the beach
For Main Street lots:
From Beach Blvd, turn right onto Atlanta Ave to access Main Street area
For Beach lot:
Continue on Beach Blvd to Pacific Coast Highway to enter lot
FROM THE SOUTH – DRIVING NORTH on 405
Exit at Beach Blvd and travel south toward the beach
For Main Street lots:
From Beach Blvd, turn right onto Atlanta Ave to access Main Street area
For Beach lot:
Continue on Beach Blvd to Pacific Coast Highway to enter lot
FROM THE NORTH – DRIVING SOUTH on PCH
Turn left (inland) at Warner Ave. Follow Warner Ave toward Beach Blvd. Turn right (south toward the beach) and follow Beach Blvd toward the beach
For Main Street lots:
From Beach Blvd, turn right onto Atlanta Ave to access Main Street area
For Beach lot:
Continue on Beach Blvd to Pacific Coast Highway to enter lot
FROM THE SOUTH – DRIVING NORTH on PCH
For Main Street lots:
Turn right on Huntington Ave and left on Pacific View Ave to access Main Street area
For Beach lot:
Turn left from PCH at Beach Blvd to enter lot
FAQ's
In order to expedite the pick-up of your race bib, please bring your ID and QR code confirmation email. QR code emails will be sent the Wednesday of race week.
If you are unable to attend the Race Expo, you may send a proxy to pick up your race packet on your behalf. You must have signed the event’s digital liability waivers when registering for the event. To verify if you’ve signed your waivers, please visit your ACTIVE MyEvents account and locate your Surf City 10 entry. If you have not signed your waiver yet, you will see a large red error message that your waivers have not yet been signed.
Please send your proxy with a copy of your driver’s license (digital picture is OK) and your QR code confirmation email to expedite the pick-up process. QR code emails will be sent Wednesday of race week. Proxies may only pick-up packets for up to 3 people.
Save time—opt to have everything delivered! Upgrade to Mail My Packet and have your bib and tee shipped to you! This can be added at the time of registration.
